First of all, the company arranges professionals to conduct on-site demonstration teaching, from theoretical knowledge to the implementation of actual operation steps and methods. Through on-site teaching, the personnel are divided into groups for practical operation drills, and scored and evaluated according to the rules of works evaluation.
